This review is because above all Mr. Queener made me feel my voice was heard. When you go to court over an injury. The insurance companies are going to do everything they can to display you as just trying to get rich, you weren't hurt by negligence of anyone else or thing no matter if you know for a fact this person or company caused you your injury. You hear lies about your character and twisted statements from the other side. You know what happened you were there yet they twist it to be something totally different. Henry Queener is the attorney you need to untwist those statements and present the evidence to prove your case. Prove to the judge and jury the truth about what happened. Dig and find the evidence needed to defend you. Henry was just my attorney. I saw him several times for depositions and for discussions and for trial. He isn't a family member or a close acquaintance that I will see on a regular basis. He was my attorney but at the end of my trial. I was proud of him. Extremely proud of him for his conduct during trial. He made sure the jury and the judge saw the truth. He rebutted the twists and turns the other side tried to make about you with facts and evidence. The other attorney in closing arguments tried a final attempt at twisting the evidence and Mr. Queener stood up and told the jury I won't just tell you what he said is not the facts I will show you the facts through the evidence and did just that. He knew my case and could find any fact instantly to prove the other side was twisting facts. I wasn't just a numbered client like with a big firm. To Mr. Queener I was his client and he knew every detail. If you want an attorney who will fight and fight and fight for your voice to be heard. Hi. I do not generally write reviews, but Jeff and his staff are the best! I’ve had the privilege to have known Jeff personally , as well as professionally for over 25 years. He is extremely honest and reliable and knows the law. I would highly recommend him .
