Two years ago while driving home from work, I was rear ended on I-40. I walked away from the accident so I felt thankful and thought that i was ready to move on with my life. He made copies of the bills, contacted them and advised me to continue my medical treatment. Their paralegal, Andrea K. is AMAZING. She routinely called to check on me, kept me updated with the details of my case and walked me through what would happen at the deposition. It took two years to settle my case but I don't think there is an attorney that could have handled it better than the team at Bart Durham's office. Most of us hope and pray that we will never need an attorney but it is a blessing to know that they are there to help if you need them. I highly recommend them.
