Just before the Christmas holidays last year (2020)I had a horrible car accident. Like many Tennessee drivers, the at fault driver did not have car insurance. At first, I thought “well thank God I have insurance, I believe they will help me through this”. Initially that was the response from my car insurance, then one claim after another became a battle. I was in pain that resulted in the need for two surgeries, I didn’t need this hassle. I needed someone in my corner.
