This firm is an exceptional one to represented by. From Matt himself, to Brent, to Rodney, to each paralegal on staff, each of them worked relentlessly to make life after a wreck easier on me. They went above, beyond, and further to make sure I remained in the loop about updates and things that needed to be done on my behalf to make the process smooth. From emails, to phones, to text messages, to meeting you where you are most comfortable, this firm does whatever it takes to get the job not just done but done the right way. Though they assigned me to a specific lawyer, Brent, I never got the impression that it was just that. On many occasions, a plethora of others reached out and assisted me as if I had been assigned to them. For instance, Rodney went above and beyond to meet me someplace near my home during the Christmas holidays, when he could have chosen to be with family during the time. They may be lawyers but they represented my case like they were members of my family. They made the process so simple, and understandable, it, at times, made me feel empowered.
