As a medical debt collector I experience alot of harsh attorneys, who make it difficult to get outstanding balances resolved. However, Laura and Amy make my job alot easier they are always so happy and helpful. While this may seem trivial it makes it easier on their clients by them diligently working to resolve accounts. It means that their clients will have less stress, at the end of their case.
