Mr. Brogdon cares about his clients and deals with them with much respect. One of the best decisions I have made thus far, with choosing a lawyer. He is one of the best in Murfreesboro!!
My husband and I had the misfortune to have a serious wreck on I-40 in downtown Nashville. We contacted the Law Offices of John Day for help in handling the results of our wreck. My husband and I both had injuries and over $16,000 of damage to our almost new vehicle! Both Liz Sitgreaves and Lindsay Flatt were assigned to our case. From the beginning, they explained everything that they were doing and how the case would progress! We were encouraged to call anytime with questions or needs. The fact that they were so informative was reassuring since this was the first time we had ever had to sue. Lindsey Flatt, our Paralegal, was especially helpful and made sure that we received everything we needed to pursue our case. She was always professional and yet very personable and easy to talk to about a variety of topics. She kept our attorney Liz Sitgreaves up to date on our questions and she promptly returned our calls. I think both of them work round the clock to meet their clients needs! Ms. Sitgreaves and Ms. Flatt are exemplary employess that always exceeded our expectations. I can not recommend them highly enough! In fact, I've alread sent them an acquaintance I feel they can help and I will continue to refer friends and family should the opportunity arise. I have worked with attorneys and staff both in the US and internationally in my healthcare consulting career and am well aware of just how wonderful the John Day staff is with their clients!
