I met Kyle through BNI and really hadn't needed his services until recently. I had an medical experience that I was really concerned about and wanted to see if I should pursue a personal injury lawsuit as the other party had definitely been negligent. Kyle really took his time in getting to know the details of my situation. He also was great explaining how personal injury cases work and guiding me through the process. Kyle's professional opinion was that the cost of the lawsuit would far outweigh the results. As a testament to his integrity, he suggested that I directly reach out to the company and ask for a refund or additional services to help rectify my injury. If that didn't work, he offered to advocate for me in ways that did not involve a long drawn out lawsuit. He could easily have pushed me to file a lawsuit and it would have been in his favor but he guided me towards a possible solution that was better for me in the long run.
