I had no idea what to expect from this appointment. It had been months - honestly even on and off for years - of shoulder pain. It had become my new normal. I never would have thought I’d be able to NOT feel my shoulder attached to my body. The right side of my body feels brand new. I can’t even begin to explain how different I feel. Also, such an incredibly sweet staff! I was nervous to be cracked. It’s such a weird concept and feeling to wait for the adjustment to happen. But Dr. Novak explained everything she was doing, guided me through each adjustment, and calmed my nerves. I felt so safe. Highly recommend.
