The Noah Foster scholarship is a reminder that the time we have is precious and we must spend it with those we truly care about. I pray the Foster family is comforted through this scholarship and the remembrance of Noah's name. I would appreciate this scholarship greatly and it would support me at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where I plan to study Business and Psychology.
