I didn't think is was possible, after two visits. I'm changed I can move. I'm sad to admit but the last two years I've been bending over in the shower to stretch and get hot water on my lower back. Two visits and I'm changed almost fell over in the shower before work from mobility. Signed up for twice a month at a damn good deal for how I feel! Thanks so much!
