Curtis M. Lincoln has been an active, well-respected lawyer working in Middle Tennessee since 1969. In the years since his graduation from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, he has been a vital presence both in the legal field and in his community.
In addition to his successful private practice, Mr. Lincoln has served as Hendersonville’s municipal judge since 1994, and has sat as a judge pro term in the General Session, Circuit, Juvenile and Chancery Courts. He is an active member of both the Tennessee and Sumner County Bar Associations, as well as a founding member of the Tennessee Municipal Judges Association. He has had a long career which has spanned a number of practice areas, including Contract and Business Law, Real Estate, Serious Personal Injury Litigation, Probate & Wills Administration, Family & Domestic Law, and much more.
As a dedicated member of the greater Nashville community, Mr. Lincoln was a founding board member, referee and coach for the Hendersonville Soccer League; Scoutmaster and Cubmaster for the Boy Scouts of America; member of the Hendersonville Evening Sertoma and Hendersonville Samaritan Association; former logistics chair for the Relay for Life; and the Sumner County Foster Review Board.
