when I first walked into the office, the staff provided a very welcoming environment. Sydney Raines who made me feel welcome and confident was very informative. she made sure we both were on the same page. She made herself available at all times to answer any questions I may have had. Sydney were very professional at the way she would call weekly, just to see how I were doing and to let me know how the case were going. If I called Sydney and she missed my call she were very responsive, she would get right back with me. I would recommend Sydney Raines at Griffith Law to anyone and everyone.. I found Griffith Law 3 1/2 years ago after being injured in a car accident which left me with ongoing neck and back pain. I had contacted the other party to get help with my mounting medical bills and they had told me I could “just wait until this is all settled to pay” my bills. Just before the Christmas holidays last year (2020)I had a horrible car accident. Like many Tennessee drivers, the at fault driver did not have car insurance. I was lucky enough to have John and his team join as co-counsel in my personal injury case after almost two years of casework. We were treated with much respect by the Griffith firm. If you are looking for legal representation I could not recommend anyone else. My Mother was seriously injured in a drunk driving incident and her neck was broken during the accident. Griffith walked hand in hand with us through the process, something we could not have dealt with alone.
